Keynes will try
to arrange a good meeting for Harrod on 3 March. Harrod may be amused
to see "the enclosed attempt to carry theory into practice".

Unfortunately, no other documents enabling one to understand the
scope of the proposed meeting have been found--including the
enclosure. In Keynes's diary, however, a meeting of the Political
Economy Club is scheduled (JMK PP/41/21); Harrod's diary records
for 3 March 1924: "JMK has meeting for me".
