letter not found. Siepmann inquires whether Harrod knows Frank
Ramsey, "a mathematician & I think political economist at
Trinity", and asks Harrod to tell Ramsey about him.

later recollected that discussing with Ramsey gave him great
stimulus during the term he spent in Cambridge under Keynes's
guidance: see Life of John Maynard Keynes (1951), pp. 320-21.
Harrod and Ramsey kept in touch in the following years, as
witnessed by a number of extant invitations to reciprocal visits:
