). Harrod had already asked Hicks to forward a copy of Harrod's
paper to Meade, which he did on 6 September (Harrod's letter to
Hicks is not extant, but the fact is cited in Hicks's letter to
Meade, reproduced in W. Young, Interpreting Mr. Keynes. The IS-LM
Enigma, Cambridge: Polity Press, 1987, p. 35).
