Please read MIBE students' feedback on their experience during the course - intensive work programs and Double Degree - and once graduated.
Francesca De Stefano: Taking part to the programme has been a very constructive experience. Although demanding and intense, the week spent in Annecy has definitely improved my ability to work in a group and to apply theoretical knowledge to real-life and concrete situations. Working in an international environment, in a foreign context, meant a higher level of organization from all the group members, so that all different ideas, levels of knowledge and study methods could merge and produce a common, shared and coherent outcome. My final feedback can only be positive…
Andrea Santoro: Let me suggest taking part to this interesting experience, because it is a unique opportunity to get to know what the “real” world is. Here you can put in practice your knowledge as to the managing of a company in a global way (all aspects - the strategy, the marketing, the operational and the financial). You must be able to take in consideration also your group members' opinion, share with them your knowledge, organize the structure of your group and be ready for any type of “Markstrat event”. I strongly recommend this different and intensive way of learning things, which will open your mind, and improve your CV ( as well as giving you a better mark!)

Giovanna Magnani: This experience has made me mature especially in dealing with other people from other countries. I have improved in several areas (such as presentations, and the use of the English language), as I was able to take the best from others and make it mine. The location was exciting and everything was well organized, from lectures to the accommodation in the city center. A two-week full immersion in a stimulating and challenging environment, particularly thanks to the presence of people from all around the world
Marcello Gruppo: The experience was fantastic. Teaching activities were based on the interaction among the students of the course. As they came from five different universities , this has made the learning really easy and fun. The University of Alcalá organized everything perfectly by providing the necessary information in every situation.
Alessandro Chiozzi: This experience has been very positive in both educational and human terms. The multi-cultural environment has been very stimulationg and the presence of people from different nationalities very positive. Alcala is a very nice and hospitable town, and we had the advantage of being half an hour by train from Madrid. "
Marco Rosa: I think the course was a very nice experience, both from an academic and a personal point of view. During the course we saw different teaching and learning methods compared to the ones used in Italy and we also exchanged different opinions with people from other cultures. I would like to recommend this experience to other students for the future.
Guido Castoldi: I would like to suggest that the University of Pavia should renew the agreement with the University of Alcalà for the next years. I think that the experience can be very useful both from an academic and a personal point of view, especially for students who have not experienced the Erasmus programme. Lectures were taught in a dynamic way with a constant interaction between students and teachers but also among students themselves. The framework of the lectures was informal with a lot of team work and problem solving; only a small portion of lectures was face-to-face as in the traditional teaching methods. During team work I could see how different students solved problems in different ways.
