PREREQUISITES

Knowledge of basic notions taught in an introductory course in Statistics

 

COURSE PROGRAM

  • Review of basic concepts in statistical inference
  • Linear regression
  • Logistic regression 
  • Analysis of longitudinal data
  • Principal components
  • Cluster analysis
     

All concepts will be introduced and discussed using the software R.

 

EDUCATIONAL AIM

To provide basic understanding of statistical data analysis and modelling using a hands-on approach.
