189R. Harrod to Henry Miers, 6 December 1930 [a]

Follows on from 188 R, answered by 191 R. Harrod feels that in the course of a conversation Miers's answers were not clear and definite, and further inquires on his right to conduct an independent inquiry, in particular to consult an architect. If Miers could not give his consent, Harrod would ask the money for doing so directly from the Rockefeller Trust, which financed the entire study.
