176R. Midi O'Neill to Harrod, 21 May [1930] [a]

O'Neill [1] asks Harrod whether Mihäil Manoilesco would be a suitable speaker for one of the Royal Institute of International Affairs meetings at Chatham House. [2]

  1. 1. Miss O'Neill held a temporary appointment at Chatham House to provide administrative assistance within the Meetings and Groups department.

    2. Harrod had recently reviewed Manoilesco's Théorie du Protectionnisme et de l'Échange International, for the Journal of the Royal Institute of International Affairs ( 1930:1 ).
