119R. D. H. Macgregor to Harrod, 18 September [1926] [a]

Macgregor thinks that Keynes may be interested in Harrod's paper on Robertson's theory, and has conveyed it to him. He suggests that if Keynes does not come back to Harrod in a week, the paper should go to Economica. [1]

  1. 1. Harrod's review article "Mr. Robertson's Views on Banking Policy" ( 1927:8 ), resulting from the exchange of views he had with D. H. Robertson in May and June (letters 109 , 110 , 111 , 112 , 113 , 114 ), was published in Economica. No correspondence between Macgregor and Keynes survives explaining why Keynes did not accept the paper for the Economic Journal.
