  1. 1. The Federation of Master Cotton Spinners' Associations's pamphlet on "National Defence. The Problem of Finance" was also circulated to the Parliamentary Monetary Committee (see letter 911 R), of which Craven-Ellis and Sir Charles Morgan Webb were Economic adviser and Chairman respectively.
