Replies to 894 . Cranborne doubts that Harrod's solution is a practicable one, he points out that dissident Conservatives do not support the Government's foreign policy but on the other issues do not find themselves in disagreement with the government (on a line quite similar to that expressed by Bower: see 546 ), and expresses his conviction that things are moving on their own along the way Eden is advocating, namely a stronger line in foreign affairs.
