Follows on from 446 Z, the exchange continues at 756 . Fremantle replies to Harrod's letter of the 17th (not found): he can not suggest to the Minister that the Royal Sanitary Institute and Harrod have arrived independently at the same conclusion, as the RSI reached that conclusion on the ground of a strongly worded memo by Fremantle urging them to adopt Harrod's proposed Amendment and pass it on to the Minister.
