Follows on from 731 , the exchange continues at 449 Z. Carr-Saunders suggests an amendment to the last paragraph of the letter to the Times (the first part of which was eventually introduced in the letter; [1] Carr-Saunders, however, had suggested to conclude the sentence as follows: " ...information, additional to the data which the Government proposes to collect, which is essential for making an adequate analysis of the population situation.").
