406Z. Basil Sheridan Hamilton-Temple-Blackwood to Harrod, 2 March, 1937 [a]
Follows on from 639 . Hamilton explains that Hawtrey could not recognise Harrod's handwriting, because his notes were carefully typed before being sent. Hamilton agrees with Harrod about the Exchange Equalization Fund; Hawtrey instead stuck on his position that the Government were not committed.
