Clark thanks for Harrod's note on the Lectureship, of which he knows nothing (see letter 356 Z). In spite of a disagreement regarding the interpretation of the rules of the Political Economy Club, Clark had voted for Harrod for the Council, and he is sorry that he was not elected (see letters 449 , 352 Z and 353 Z).
