Follows on from 341 Z, replies to a letter not found. Smith discusses the Broad Street arrangement for the Bodleian Library: although he has never been enthusiastic about it, it does not seem possible to change the scheme, and it is therefore urgent to use it to the best benefit of future students. [1] Smith would like to see Harrod's paper on Utilitarianism.
