Siepmann, Eric Otto

Siepmann (1903-70) was educated at Winchester and New College, Oxford, where he was contemporary to Harrod. Journalist and playwright, he wrote Waterloo in Warden Street (1936) and the autobiography, Confessions of a Nihilist.
