Shove, Gerald Frank

Shove (1887 [1]-1947) was educated at Uppingham School and King's College, Cambridge, of which he became fellow in 1926. Meanwhile he became university lecturer (1923) and reader (1945) in economics. He died prematurely without having published much, but is remembered as a very good teacher.
