Seymour Berry (1909-95; Baron, 1929; 2nd Viscount Camrose, 1954) was educated at Eton and Christ Church, Oxford, where he was tutored by Harrod. He was major of the City of London Yeomanry (1941-45), Conservative Member of Parliament (1941-45), deputy chairperson (1939-87) of Daily Telegraph Inc. and director of the newspaper.
