My dear Harrod,

Very many thanks for your letter of the 12th inst. enclosing five Questions together with supplementaries to 1 and 2.

I have had these typed in the form which they will be presented to the Clerk, copies herewith, and I also send an additional question which has been drafted by Shepherd.

I am circulating these to each member of the Advisory Committee, except Sir Charles, who, of course, is abroad, [1] and if approved they will be put down at the earliest possible date. [2]
