888R. Harrod to D. Veale, 16 January 1939 [a]

Harrod sends an account of the Oxford Economists' Research Group's activity [reproduced below] as a guideline for the wording of an application for funds to be sent to the National Institute, [1] and expresses the feeling that the Council would be more impressed with a specific account of the research rather than with generalities.
