Replies to 778 , answered by 782 R. "I shall be glad to get your presidential address as soon as it is ready. But 12 thousand words means about 28 pages which is an outsize, if any curtailments are possible without much loss I should be grateful for them. I will await what you suggest for the December Journal though it might conceivably have to be held over for March." [1]
