Follows on from 720 R. [1] "Geoffrey Dawson fully agrees with my letter, so we should have a big splash." "I dont think they publish articles in the Express, [2] do they?"

  1. 1. Billa answered on the same day that the controversy with Herbert will be enjoyable, and offered to collect any information Harrod would need (in HPBL Add. 72777/161-62).

    2. The Daily Express had published some articles on the Population Bill, including one by Sir Kingsley Wood, the Minister of Health, on the day of the debate in the House of Commons ("Sir Kingsley Wood, "The Minister Defends the `Nosey-Parker' Bill", p. 12; cited by Herbert: see Official Reports, Fifth Series. Parliamentary Debates. Commons, vol. 329, p. 1750).
