Follows on from 691 R, continues at 693 R. "In my instructions some weeks ago I was told that 30 or 40 minutes would be allotted [b] to my paper and discussion, and wrote it out accordingly. I now find that 1 1/2 hours are allotted, which really is rather a nuisance, as the subject isnt properly mine and I have said all I have to say."
