687. Harrod to A. Loveday , 16 July 1937 [a]
I should be very pleased and interested to attend the conference to which you refer on business cycle problems in Geneva. [2] I am afraid that I shall be missing the meeting of the Econometric Society this year, as I am rather over-committed for September otherwise. But I should be very glad to come especially to Geneva for the business cycle meeting, of which Mr. D. H. Robertson has told me something already. [3]
2. For Harrod's description of the meeting see letters 694 R, 695 R, 696 R and 697 R.
3. Robertson mentioned his participation in previous League of Nations meetings to discuss Tinbergen's work in letters 606 , 648 and 663 .
