649R. C. R. Fay to Harrod, [April 1937] [a]

Fay comments on pp. 32-35 of The Trade Cycle, [1] suggesting that Harrod's argument, that one should expect agricultural over-production only in the case of specialised products, cannot hold on examination, and provides counter-examples. The exchange continues at 660 R.
