I am sorry to say that there is no copy of the second part of Haberler's Report available. We did not have this circulated in the same way as Part 1 as it did not deal with the theories of individual economists. I shall, however, be happy to send you a copy of the printed volume when it comes out. [1]
I am reading your book at the moment and it was on account of it that it occurred to me to send you a copy of my article. [2] Unfortunately, it appeared too late for Haberler to deal with it in his Report, but we are studying it with interest now.
