509R. S. D. Waley to Harrod, 7 January 1936 [a]
Since Harrod's lecture could be of interest to a number of people at the Treasury, including Hawtrey, it will be forwarded to them. Waley discusses an agreement with France, suggested by Harrod, aiming at maintaining the exchange stable for a long period.
