22R. H. F. Scott-Stokes to Harrod, 3 May 1922 [a]

Scott-Stokes thanks Harrod for Marx and his comments. [1] He agrees that Marx is merely one who thinks aloud, and recognises the need of some serious economics. He also criticizes Marx's theory of rent.

  1. 1. Probably refers to Harrod's notes on H. B. W. Joseph's lectures on "Justice and Wages" (in HP V-12) , which he attended during Hilary term 1921.
    1. a. From Kalamazoo Works, Northfield, Birmingham # , two pages ALI, in HPBL Add 71613/1.
