My dear Roy,

The answer to your last most interesting letter will materialise as soon as I can find time. I liked your letter in to-day's Economist and a rough glance at Economica is very reassuring. [1]

To-day I want to ask you whether you would care to come as my guest to our Founder's Day Dinner on Thursday, Dec. 6 th ? I do hope you will.
