Follows on from
324 R, the exchange
continues at 328 . With
reference to Harrod's proposed collective letter to President
Roosevelt, Kahn thinks it is "a beautiful letter", and sends
"a few rough notes which Joan Robinson
and I have concocted. But please don't take any notice of them unless
you want to." [1]

enclosure was not found. However, a draft of the letter to
Roosevelt is preserved among Joan Robinson's papers. For a
