289R. J. R. Hicks to Harrod, 1 March, <1933> [a]

Hicks is pleased that Harrod will lecture at the LSE on 14 March. [1] In spite of not being "in any serious disagreement" with the proposed collective letter to The Times of 10 March 1933, Hicks will not sign it. [2]
