Having discussed with Harrod a plan of campaign, Nicholson asks for a preliminary draft of the letter Harrod will try to have signed by eminent economists. [1] This will eventually be forwarded to Nicholson's ally at The Times (see 283 R). The exchange continues at 282 R.
