257R. R. M. Barrington-Ward to Harrod, 10 October 1932 [a]

Follows on from 250 R. Barrington-Ward returns Harrod's article, asking for some amendments in the setting. He proposes to refer to the World Economic Conference, and to add a few lines about the aspirations of the Macmillan Report and the international opportunities that it offers. He also suggests eliminating reference to the establishment of "a State Fund"--which would attract some unreasoned prejudice. [1]
