I can only spare very few minutes to say that I have read all your letters with very keen interest, but unconvinced. A world wide simultaneous reflation might & [b] probably would be invaluable, but the two conditions of universality & simultaneity are unfortunately unattainable.
We are having terrible troubles in our attempt here to get rid of reparations & war debts [1] --an obvious policy, & get blocked in twenty different ways.
